Henan Mine intelligent manufacturing robot family has added a new member - Robot welding workstation for main girder inner seam welding of double girder.

 

 

This workstation is mainly used to realize the automatic welding of the inner seam of the double girder main gird. After the manual feeding to align the midpoint of horizontal and vertical, By the L arm hydraulic turning machine performs the workpiece ±90° flipping, and the robot automatically seeks the welding.

Main features of workstation

 

1. Meet the welding requirements of the internal welding seam between the rib plate and the web plate (the internal welding seam between the web plate and the upper cover plate can also be welded).

2. The main beam internal seam welding adopts laser seeker plate and robot welding program to realize automatic welding.

3.L arm hydraulic turning machine is equipped with contact sensing system, which can automatically correct find the right location of the workpiece.

4. Set key switch to prevent accidental operation of equipment during personnel loading.

5. The welding program adopts parametric programming to input dimension parameters in the teaching device and automatically determine the welding position.

6. All motors and key components shall be protected against water and dust with protection grade up to or above IP54.
